Common questions
How do I connect my Airbnb calendar?
In Airbnb, open your listing's calendar, choose Availability, then Connect calendars, then Export calendar, and copy the link. In Clean Biz, add a listing and paste the link. Check-outs become cleanings on their own.
How does my cleaner get their jobs?
On the Cleaners tab, add your cleaner and tap Invite. Give them the six-digit code, or invite them by email. They install Clean Biz, choose Cleaner, and enter the code. Their jobs appear on their phone.
Why is the map only an approximate area?
Airbnb shares only the neighborhood of a listing. Type the street address on the listing once, choose it from the suggestions, and the exact pin appears for you and your cleaner.
Can a cleaner work for more than one host?
Yes. Each host appears under Your Hosts on the cleaner's home screen, and a cleaner can leave one host without affecting the others.
How long are photos kept?
Photos and videos a cleaner sends are kept for five days on both phones, then removed. Save any you want to keep to your Photos in that time.
How do I delete my account?
Menu, then Account, then Delete Account. This removes your account and its data from our servers. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
